Online order was on backorder due to the festivities. Dropped by this store. Mia made a few phone calls to figure out options then within 15 mins I walked out of there with better fans and some money back too.

Very impressed with Mia. She listened, asked questions, assessed the situation, gathered more info then presented me with a few very clearly laid out options.
