I think what makes a business stand out is how it responds to problems. In this case there was an issue surrounding delivery. I sent an email to the company and they immediately responded with a phone call and a proposed solution. Frankly I was blown away. That sort of old fashion service isn’t so common these days. Anyway my down lights arrived the next day and I’m delighted with both the quality of the product and (of course) with the fabulous service. Thank you 🙏
